I initially saw carpets on the website which looked good for the hall & stairs but would need cutting to fit. After some phone calls and email exchange with photographs they did an initial carpet cutting and provided a detailed cutting layout diagram for the fitter.
Time and effort on their part to ensure I had the correct fit.
