I found Stonegate carpets by chance on the Internet when searching for a remnant of a carpet I had recently had fitted to my stairs and landing.
I ordered the piece and the next day received an email asking what I planned to do with the remnant as there were a number of services they could offer me. I had planned on using the remnant to make a runner for my hall and once I informed Richard of this he couldn't have been more helpful. He emailed suggestions and sent me a sample with colours the very next day!
Within 3 days of initial contact I had received the completed runner and I'm thrilled with it!
